Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING - Retail orders over $50 placed online (this does not include rental orders)

FREE SHIPPING - Wholesale balloon orders over $150 placed online (this does not include rental orders or Gold Medal products)

Please note all shipping charges are for domestic shipping only.

We do not do international shipping.

On all orders placed before 12 noon PST weekdays, we strive to ship the same day. Orders placed after noon are shipped the following day. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, but we also use FedEx or USPS depending on the best available service to a specific address. The day you will recieve the order is dependent on the method of shipping you select during checkout. If you still have questions, contact us via our online form or call us at 1-800-345-TOYS (8697). Product Availability

We strive to pack and ship all packages within one to two business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the shipping time will be 1-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 days for packing + 1-7 days (shipping time), for a total of 2-9 business days from the time you place your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (1-9 Business Days Total)

Most orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery. Signature is required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Express Delivery (2-4 Business Days Total)

Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days after being ordered. Signature is required for delivery. Express Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Overnight Delivery (1-2 Business Days Total)

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business day of being ordered. Overnight Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature is required for delivery. Overnight Delivery is NOT available forAlaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $7.00. Due to the considerable expense, Express Delivery and Overnight Delivery are NOT available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location. (info@sfparty.com)

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your SFParty.com orders. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification along with the UPS tracking number of your shipment.
